Atlas is a private, single-operator AI assistant. It works inside one person's Google Workspace account to help that person organise their own email, calendar and files. It is not offered to the public, it has no other users, and it collects nothing from anyone else.
Atlas is built and operated by Ivan Pereira (Barcelona, Spain) for his own personal and business productivity. It is self-hosted software on infrastructure he controls inside the European Union. There is no company account, no customer account and no sign-up.
Access is granted by the operator himself, through Google's own OAuth consent flow, for his own account only. Atlas requests the following scopes:
mail.google.com and gmail.settings.basic — read/manage the operator's mail and his own filters.calendar — read and manage his calendar.drive — access files he already owns or can open.documents, spreadsheets — read and edit his own Docs and Sheets.meetings.space.* — create and read his own Google Meet spaces.Atlas's use of Google user data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never transferred to third parties except the infrastructure needed to run the assistant (described in the privacy policy).
