Atlas is self-hosted software operated by Ivan Pereira for his own productivity. It uses Google APIs to work with the operator's own Google account (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and Meet), acting only on his instructions. How it handles data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Access is limited to the operator. No third party is granted access to the assistant, its credentials or its data. Any attempt to access it without authorisation is prohibited.
Atlas is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete; the operator reviews output before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator accepts no liability arising from the use of this tool by anyone else, since no one else may use it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Atlas interoperates with Google APIs and with large-language-model API providers. Their own terms apply to their services. Google's terms are available at policies.google.com/terms and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
These terms may be updated; the current version always lives on this page. The operator may discontinue the tool at any time, and may revoke its Google access at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute falls to the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
